Refund and Cancellation Policy

UniMax Pro is 7.99 CAD per month. It renews automatically on the same day each month until you cancel. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee.

Open Settings, go to the billing section, and cancel through the Stripe billing portal. It takes under a minute and you do not need to contact us.

Pro features stay active until the end of the billing period you already paid for. After that, the account moves to the free plan.

Cancelling deletes nothing. Your semesters, courses, grades, study plans, and internship applications stay in your account, subject to the free plan's limits on creating new ones.

We do not refund partial months. Because you keep Pro access for the rest of the period you paid for, cancelling early in a month does not create a credit.

If you were charged after cancelling, charged more than once for the same month, or could not use the service because of a fault on our side, email support@getunimax.app within 30 days of the charge and we will refund it.

The free plan needs no credit card and lets you try grade tracking, the finals calculator, the calendar, the AI actions, and the internship tracker before paying anything. We would rather you used it first than asked for a refund later.
